Can somebody please enlighten me as to the type of creature depicted in the video? Any ideas as to the meaning or purpose behind this activity?

  2. It is an event that collect money for some donations.In Myanmar,some well-wisher collect money like that, so they can make donation to monastry and so on.The costume is to attract the people's attention no other meaning.
